Counsellor  Part-Time, Home-based

Salary £33,000 FTE pro rata for 10 hours per week

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Counsellor to join our growing team.  BAS is passionate about supporting the emotional impact of stroke and offers free short-term counselling to people who have had a stroke to help them adjust to what has happened and their life after stroke.

The candidate should be an experienced counsellor who can hold a small but sometimes complex caseload.  They will also support the smooth running of our specialist counselling service, reporting to our Lead Counsellor.   The post holder will be counselling mainly in clients’ homes.         

You will be joining a wider committed and experienced team, supporting stroke affected people adjust to life after stroke. 

A car driver is an essential requirement for this post.
