Haircut donations prove a cut above the rest!
We’d like to say a huge thank you to NOCO HAIR for choosing Bristol After Stroke as one of the charities in their Care with Hair campaign.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to NOCO HAIR for choosing Bristol After Stroke as one of the charities in their Care with Hair campaign. They gifted 100 free haircuts to good causes - with 10 of those coming to us.
We used a randomiser to treat some of our wonderful volunteers and a couple of staff members, and we also included a few in recent raffles at our Stroke Cafe's so more of our community could enjoy this lovely gesture.
The feedback has been fantastic. Many said it felt like such a treat, and one volunteer shared that they “felt brighter because of it".
Thank you again to NOCO Hair for supporting our community and helping us continue rebuilding lives after stroke.
