Our Annual Wellbeing Day is back face to face!
After two years of on line versions we are finally back face to face!!

This is an opportunity to find out more about some key topics that affect people after stroke and we have lined up an exciting agenda,
This year’s theme is all about keeping well after stroke. As we emerge from the after effects of COVID there is much to consider about caring for ourselves, and making us resilient to the difficulties of an ever-changing landscape around us.
Topics will include keeping active after stroke, new service developments at BAS, looking after our emotional wellbeing and we will have a stroke expert panel discussion at the end.
