We are developing a Peer Mentor Service to launch in Winter 2023 and are looking for people to join us at our focus groups to discuss your views & opinions on how to develop the service.

The focus groups will take place at Crofts End Church, Speedwell 1.30-3pm on Wednesday 6th September or on Zoom at 6.30-8pm on Thursday 7th September. Contact the office to reserve your place.

The Peer Mentor Service will allow people who have recently had a stroke or are having stroke related difficulties to be matched with another person with lived experience of a stroke – known as a mentor. The mentors are able to offer a unique understanding of life after stroke and as well as sharing their experiences, will be able to support others in their stroke recovery.
